Snow Days.....

We had a great snow here this weekend. I think school is closed tomorrow due to the lingering icy roads. I think the kids love it but I do hope it doesn't take away all of their Spring Break. It has been a very nice relaxing weekend. I did work Saturday at the restaurant my boss picked me up. It felt a little strange working on a snow day. I am used to staying home with kids but it was ok. We baked a lot and had 2 customers. Later in the day I got to spend time with my older daughter and watched a lot of movies together. We went to a friends house for a little visit and then just relaxed at home. K had never seen When Harry met Sally and it had been a really long time since I watched it too. It was so dated but fun to watch.
My son was in and out feels like he lives a different life than we do guess it is just a phase, hope it goes quickly casue I miss his company, but anyway that is another post.
I think I am going to hunker down tonight and watch the Grammy's and polish off some of the snow food I fixed. My high schooler just asked if she could have friends spend the night. I like it when there is a lot going on I guess that is what makes a house a home. Hope you all had great weekends and have a fab week. (could be more snow coming who knows)
